Lynn has a background in dance, yoga therapy, Thai massage, meditation and personal fitness training.
Lynn fell in love with yoga in 1999. After becoming certified, she has taught yoga in a variety of settings such as corporate on site yoga classes as well as specialty workshops at yoga studios across the US and Australia. She safely supports each student to realize their own unlimited potential. The type of yoga Lynn specializes in is called "hatha yoga," a balance of strength, breathing exercises, meditation and flexibility.
She recently completed studies in naturopathy (herbal medicine and nutrition) in Sydney, Australia. She assists clients in creating simple lifestyle changes to strengthen the mind and body. Lynn can teach you how to prepare healthy meals in minutes. learning how eating consciously can strengthen your body from the inside out. Lynn's nutrition program is designed for clients to look great, feel great and still maintain their busy lives.
Lynn enjoys working with individuals to create a program to keep moving forward and feel balanced. Her philosophy is to make wellness a lifestyle and to enjoy life!
